Hilary Evans is a 2008 Platinum Award Winner and Top Producer. An Associate Broker & Certified Eco-Broker, she is also a Certified Relocation Specialist for both Buyers and Sellers, and has been a consistent recipient of sales achievement awards from both Houlihan Lawrence and the Westchester County Board of Realtors. A Westchester Resident since 1980, she began working in real estate in Chappaqua in 1997, and managed the approval process and sale of a 55 home subdivision in Rockland County.
Active in professional affairs, she is a Director of the New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR)and a member of its Education Management Committee; in 2007 & 2008, she was a Director of the Westchester County Board of Realtors, and Chairperson of the Education Council. She was also the Vice Chair of the Education Council, and chaired the Faculty Audit Committee. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, and the New York State Association of Realtors.
Hilary was awarded the nationally recognized GRI Designation and the ABR Designation(Accredited Buyer Representative)from the National Association of Realtors. Active in the community, Hilary has volunteered for the PEGASUS Foundation’s therapeutic riding program ; served three terms on the Board of Directors of the Greenbriar Homeowners’ Association; is a member of the League of Women Voters; and was a Trustee of the Somers Education Foundation.
Previously, in a publishing career of 20+ years, she was Vice-President and Associate Publisher at SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN and has substantial marketing and management skills, all now put to work enthusiastically for the benefit of her real estate clients. She is a graduate of Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts and lives in Northern Westchester with her husband, Bob Lyle, and Chaser & Charly, respectively Golden Retriever and Siamese.
