Elizabeth (Liz) Nunan leads the Global Business Development Center of Houlihan Lawrence. A veteran of the real estate and relocation industry for over 19 years, Liz brings valuable relocation experience and national industry recognition to her position. Achieving record numbers and growth in past years has earned her and the team Houlihan Lawrence's most prestigious annual award, the Peter B. Seaman President's Award.
Liz is a frequent speaker at national and regional conferences and seminars. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and on the International Real Estate Committee of NYSAR (New York State Assoc. of Realtors). She holds the CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) and GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) designations and is an active member of ERC (Employee Relocation Council), RDC (Relocation Director's Council), the Society of Human Resource Management, and the National Association of Female Executives. She is also a Licensed Associate Broker in the State of New York.
